Mid's Counseling and Wellness Services team is committed to education and awareness surrounding a multitude of wellness and mental health topics. If you are interested in having a member of the wellness team come speak to your group or collaborate on an outreach event, complete the form below.

Examples of workshops include but are not limited to presentations on mental health topics such as stress, anxiety, depression, and wellness. Group active learning activities, guest speakers, and training on mental health and wellness topics.
