Comprehensive combined statements should be used for publications, bulletins, announcements, catalogs, student and employee handbooks, application forms, or any other recruitment materials that are available to participants, students, applicants, or employees. The contact information for the College’s Title IX and the Civil Rights Coordinator is required in any of the above-mentioned documents when they are used for recruiting employees/students or when indicating or describing sex discrimination policies, procedures (including reporting), or prohibitions.

Combined Statement (Comprehensive)
