Course Description

This class is a can’t miss for the upcoming holiday season!

Supply your own 2 foot miniature faux holiday tree and leave with a stunning display that harkens back to days of old. Choose from two styles of decoration.

Classic Victorian Style

From ribbons and baby’s breath, to rose buds and lavender each tree will be unique and delightfully fragrant. Beautiful botanicals like roses, yarrow, tansy, peppergrass, weeping bamboo, hydrangea bunches and other preserved flowers will also be available.

Rustic Remembrance Style

From raffia and miniature birds, to rusty accents and cinnamon sticks each tree will be delightfully unique. Complete your creation with dehydrated oranges and apples, love-in-a-mist, integrefolia, artemesia, pomegranates, and more.

Your beautiful tree will last for years, and add holiday spirit to your home.

These trees make a perfect gift too!

Participants should bring scissors, newspaper, and a glue gun/glue sticks.

About the Instructor

Carolsue McCue designs herbal and perennial gardens and uses her harvest to create beautiful designs for the home, office, or gift giving. She has won Yard-Of-The-Year several times in Port Huron, Michigan for her expansive herb and old-fashioned perennial gardens. She owns The Herb Cottage Gift Shop in Port Huron, Michigan and The Herb Cottage Bed & Breakfast in Montour Falls, New York and also decorates for corporations, wineries, and private homes.

Ms. McCue also instructs seminars across the country at colleges, universities, clubs, organizations, and various other facilities.
