Course Description

Delizioso! Gather with us to enjoy cuisine from the Tuscan region of Italy. Learn the art of speidini di pollo, authentic lasagna, simmer a delectable stew, and craft rotollo alla fruita—a luscious sponge cake sprinkled with rum, berries, and handmade whipped cream rolled into a mouthwatering delicacy. You’ll take home the recipes, tips on where and how to select ingredients, a list of Carolsue’s favorite cookbooks, and more.“Tutti a tavola!” . . . everyone to the table!

Participants should bring thin medical exam gloves to class.

About the Instructor

Carolsue McCue periodically enjoys an intense series of cooking classes in Radda-in-Chianti, Italy. This authentic training has given her the ability to share a bit of Italy with her culinary students. She strongly encourages you to come hungry to class, as you will be making and devouring wonderful Italian dishes. She owns The Herb Cottage Gift Shop in Port Huron, Michigan and The Herb Cottage Bed & Breakfast in Montour Falls, New York.
