
Intro to Naturopathic Medicine
Do you want to get a glimpse into the world of natural remedies and naturopathic medicine or broaden your current knowledge? These naturopathic classes offer the opportunity to obtain valuable knowledge that can improve lives in a meaningful way. You will learn natural health techniques and practices to take control of your life through natural, healthy living.
This eight-week series will offer attendees a chance to dip their toe in the benefits of natural medicine and natural health through the holistic approach of naturopathic medicine by creating an environment that teaches and increase the awareness of natural health.
What is a Naturopath?
A Naturopath is a holistic specialist that studies the individual person. They evaluate and assess the person's entire history; medical, mental health, lifestyle, spirituality, and everything that creates the foundation of our individual existence and experiences. Naturopathic approaches health with day-by-day foundational changes, bringing the entire self back into balance and shifting the internal and external forces in order to create personalized health and wellness.

Marhea Fay has been working in the Naturopathic Field since 2015 and specializes in Reflexology. She hopes to expand Naturopathic health and wellness in the community through Lifelong Learning classes in partnership with Mid Michigan College.
