This class provides an understanding of where stress emanates and how it affects people. Participants learn how to handle stress in the workplace, with tools for both supervisors and employees. It will provide tips and solutions to overcome stress to live and work in a normal, productive, energetic home and workplace. Participants also learn how exercise, nutrition, and sleep play a significant role in minimizing stress.
Participants will learn to
- Understand how stress grows
- Identify their own stress triggers
- Identify and evade symptoms of stress
- Handle stress in a healthier way and combat future stressors
