Mid Michigan College and MiWorks are excited to host a Virtual Career Fair 1pm – 4pm Thursday, September 24. This event will take place via Zoom, is free, open to the public, and features many local employers who are interested in hiring local residents.
“Our Virtual Career Fair is a convenient opportunity for employers to interview and hire local workers, and for job seekers to connect with companies who need their skills. Employers from a variety of industries are planning to attend and are looking for candidates at all skill levels. Job seekers should dress for success and have a digital copy of their updated résumé ready to share,” noted Amy Dykhouse, Coordinator of Career Services & Student Accommodations at Mid.
Employers who attend benefit from networking opportunities, access to a large pool of applicants, and the opportunity to build awareness of their company among Mid Michigan College students and community members. Employers wishing to have a presence at the event should pre-register at midmich.edu/careerfair.
