Mid Michigan Community College (MMCC) student and Phi Theta Kappa member, Jenna Fries of Midland, has been selected as one of only fifteen students to receive Phi Theta Kappa’s Spring 2017 Hurst Review NCLEX® Scholarship.
The Hurst Review is a top resource for students who are preparing for the National Council Licensure Examination-RN® and PN® nursing exams. Hurst Review services include the review of core content, realistic practice tests, and the development of test taking strategies.
This is the first scholarship of its kind that is designed to assist Phi Theta Kappa nursing students who plan to take the NCLEX® with access to test prep materials and exam fee assistance.
As a Hurst Review NCLEX® Scholar, Jenna will receive free use of the Hurst Review study materials, a $300 value, and a $250 scholarship award to pay for the NCLEX® exam fees.
“I’m extremely proud of Jenna,” noted Tammy Alvaro, MMCC’s PTK Advisor. “Her outstanding academic achievement has earned her this award and will help her succeed when taking her examinations.”
