Mid Michigan College's Laker Athletics teams are putting together solid seasons.
Mid's Men's and Women's Bowling teams both clinched Eastern Conference Championships after winning at their home event. The men have won three consecutive conference tournaments, while the women have won back-to-back.
The Women's Basketball team is off to a fast start, standing alone at the top of the MCCAA Northern Conference. Their 23-3 record on the season is accompanied by an unscathed 7-0 start in conference play. They look to continue their dominant start as they wrap up their conference schedule.
The Laker Men's Basketball team's lone conference loss came at the hands of first-place, northern foe Bay College. Their 6-1 start in conference play puts them in second place in the MCCAA Northern Conference, and their overall record sits at 20-5. As conference play wraps up the Lakers look to finish strong.
