Mid Michigan Community College has partnered with Michigan State University Extension, and Clare County 4-H to offer Summer Camp Blast.

Campers explore the world of engineering through origami, learn about pollinators, what it’s like to be a DNR officer, and sew gifts for foster children and shelter dogs before making their very own pillowcase during this engaging camp.

Children between the ages of 7 – 11 won’t want to miss this fun-filled three-day camp. Summer Camp Blast takes place on the Harrison Campus 9am-3pm June 27, 28, and 29.

“Summer Camp Blast is an engaging educational experience for local youth,” noted Carol Darlington, Mid’s Director of Lifelong Learning. “Along with our partners, MSU Extension and Clare County 4-H, we’re offering a wide variety of activities that keep campers interested and wanting to come back for more!”

Register your camper online at www.midmich.edu/lifelonglearning. The registration fee is $59/camper for non 4-H members and $39.99/camper for 4-H members
