On-Campus Catering

Thank you for considering Clare-Gladwin CTE Culinary Arts Program for catering your function. We will take every opportunity to make your special function a successful one. This catering option is available to any group hosting an event at MMCC's Harrison campus.

We use only the freshest ingredients and all foods are prepared by students of the Clare-Gladwin RESD Career & Technical Education Culinary Arts Program. The students come from five area high schools which include Harrison, Clare, Farwell, Beaverton, and Gladwin. Many of our students go on to two- or four-year culinary colleges such as Sullivan University, the Art Institutes, Johnson and Wales, and the Culinary Institute of America.

Students are trained and directed by Chef Heidi Rocha and Chef Tara Duther.
