Julie Ehle, MS

Julie Ehle has been a practicing early childhood professional for over 35 years. She earned her undergraduate degree in Family Community Services from Michigan State University, and completed her graduate degree in Early Childhood Studies at Walden University. She is an executive board member of Michigan ACCESS, serves on community advisory boards, NAEYC member, CDA specialist, and certified pediatric CPR instructor. Ms. Ehle has been teaching early childhood education courses at Mid Michigan College since 2005, and has coordinated the ECE program since 2013.

Heather DuBois, MA

Heather DuBois has an extensive professional background in the field of early childhood education. She is an early childhood specialist with Michigan Great Start Readiness. DuBois earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with a ZA endorsement at Central Michigan University. Her graduate degree in Teaching with Early Childhood focus was completed at Saginaw Valley State University. She is a certified trainer in Literacy Essentials for Pre-K and Creative Curriculum, and joined the Mid Michigan College ECE instruction team in 2016.

Ranay Gursky, MA

Ranay Gursky is a seasoned faculty member and lead lab preschool teacher at Central Michigan University. She earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with a ZA endorsement, and completed her graduate degree in Education, Guidance and Development, both from CMU. Gursky joined the ECE instruction team in the fall of 2015.
