Mid's Collection

The Charles A. Amble collection is composed of several thousand items for your academic and personal use. The collection includes nonfiction books, reference books, biographies, fiction, paperbacks, records and cassettes, instructional videos, and audiobooks.

The majority of items are housed at the Harrison Campus, however, the Mt. Pleasant Campus offers a smaller collection of nonfiction titles and reference books. Materials can be checked out and returned at both locations.

InterLibrary Loans

An InterLibrary Loan is the practice of requesting a book or other item from one library and having it shipped to another library. The 14-digit library barcode number is required to request material, which is found on your Student ID. Material requested through InterLibrary Loans cannot be renewed. Allow 2-3 weeks for books to arrive as they are first mailed to the Harrison Campus before being mailed to the Mt. Pleasant Campus for student check-out.
