The College offers direct deposit as a convenient way to provide refunds to students. Refunds of Pell Grants, student loans, and other credit balances can be directly deposited into an account of your choice.

Getting your refunds from Mid is easy.

Simply log into our secure midmich.edu/banking site. Carefully submit your bank information, including your 9-digit routing number and complete bank account number, which is different from your debit card number. Please note that it may take several days for your account to show a status of verified.

Most refunds are processed for students without attendance issues by the eighth week of each semester.

  • To delete or change your current direct deposit information, email us at ap@midmich.edu.

If preferred or by default, students will receive their refund as a check, delivered through standard mail (5-10 business days after the refund is issued). Students should access their account via Self-Service to ensure the most current address is on file. Checks cannot be picked up at the College.
