Official Course Description

Students are presented with the assessment techniques most commonly used in physical therapy. Treatment plans are based upon the objective findings of this data collection. Techniques of goniometry, muscle testing, sensory assessments, gait/posture analysis and balance assessment are presented. Prerequisites: PTA.105, 106, 110, 111, 115, & 116 Corequisites: PTA.126, 130, 131, & 140
