Official Course Description

Skills and knowledge acquired during the first two semesters of the Pharmacy Technician program are applied in community and institutional pharmacy settings. All internship experience is under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. 160 hours will be completed in a community pharmacy setting and 160 hours will be completed in an institutional pharmacy setting for a total of 320 hours of internship experience. Prerequisites: PHT.104, PHT.105, PHT.106, PHT.113 Corequisite: PHT.114
