This course presents an orientation to the work of pharmacy technicians and the context in which technicians' work is performed in a community pharmacy setting. The concept of direct patient care and the technicians' general role in delivery with particular emphasis on the complementary roles of pharmacists and technicians is presented and how they relate in a community pharmacy setting. Corequisites: PHT.105, PHT.106, PHT.113
