This is the second half of a program designed to prepare students for a variety of jobs in the Machine Tool Industry. The students will be trained on periphery processes (common hand and portable electric tools), as they are related to the machine shop. Extensive safety training in each of these processes will be covered as well. Students will also learn a wide variety of measuring techniques most often found in the Machine Tool Industry. Students who complete AIM.101X and AIM.101Y will have credit equivalent to AIM.101. Prerequisite: AIM.101X
