Official Course Description

Students will learn/review basic grammar rules, punctuation rules, and sentence structure. Students will use the computer and current word processing software for realistic business office applications of the rules. Students will be introduced to machine transcription and will learn to use office reference manuals. Prerequisite: Recommend concurrent enrollment in AAP.140 or knowledge of correct keyboarding techniques.
