Event Promotion

Various marketing channels are used to promote events, including those listed below. Our team collaborates with clients to determine what the right mix is for their event and we encourage clients to share new ideas as well.

Factors in determining an event's marketing include relevance to College goals and objectives, project timeline, and appropriateness of material and channel for the event. As part of the collaboration process, we ask that clients actively participate in the marketing of the event. Read below to discover marketing channels and suggestions on how to participate in the process.

If you have an Eventbrite link for your event, include your Eventbrite login and password in the Help Desk Ticket. This allows us to link up registration/ticket sales to Mid's Official Facebook Event.
