Anger is a normal and necessary emotion. How often do you hear that sentence? In this series of 4 workshops we learn that it’s not wrong to experience feelings of anger and we learn to express and use our anger in positive ways. We discover our anger triggers, how we can calm ourselves and de-stress. We also learn the 6 principles of problem solving and how to let go of the past.

Instructor

Shannon Lindquist

Shannon Lindquist is an Extension Educator with Michigan State University Extension and has worked in Osceola County for the past 19 years. She facilitates health and well-being programs that include WISE - Wellness Initiative for Senior Education, Stress Less with Mindfulness, RELAX: Alternatives to Anger, Powerful Tools for Caregivers, and Managing Chronic Pain PATH.
