Class Description
This class is appropriate for employees and managers at all levels and will discuss the importance of time management, prioritization, and burnout prevention. It will provide participants with tools to become more organized and more productive at work or home. It will offer tools and strategies to motivate and help the participant get on track and stay on track with work and life demands.
Participants will learn to
- Identify what is important and prioritize goals
- Anticipate problems and prevent their goals from getting off track
- Align goals with needs to maximize effectiveness and impact of action steps
- Understand the negative impact of multitasking
- Tools and techniques for setting goals and staying on target
