Class Description

Improving wildlife habitat is a very common goal landowners have for their property. This workshop session will introduce popular game and non-game wildlife species and their habitat needs. There are many strategies for evaluating current habitat, as well as methods for improvement. This session will also cover how timber harvesting can benefit some species and the legal requirements landowners have in respect to endangered species.
