Circuit Training is a body conditioning workout providing a combination of endurance and resistance training moving from exercise to exercise for total body fitness. Circuit Training improves cardiovascular fitness, increases muscular strength and endurance. This class is accessible to all fitness levels.
Tracy Florian is a Certified Group Exercise fitness instructor and has taught several different formats of group exercise classes in the area for over 5 years. Tracy has a passion to lead and inspire all community members in living their best life and being happy and healthy.
