Class Description

By now, you have probably heard about one of the newest exercise routines sweeping the Nation! Cardio drumming is turning simple movement into a full body workout leaving you smiling, sweating, and feeling amazing! Drumming uses a “drum stand” which brings together sticks, a stability ball, and a bucket to create one of the most fun workouts you will ever experience. This will not only be a fun and motivating workout, but it will be a full body strengthening and cardio bundle with music. A typical cardio drumming workout consists of a warm up session, followed by a cardiovascular workout specifically tailored to the attendees, and finally a drummer’s cool down. If you are looking for a workout that is family friendly, easy to work into your busy schedule, and is the perfect workout for beginners and more advanced alike--cardio drumming is for you!Note: Cost of class includes 10 sessions of cardio drumming. Drum stand not included, you will be expected to bring your own. Please bring a bucket, stability ball, and sticks to class. Sticks can be drumsticks, spatulas, or wooden spoons, whatever you wish!
