Mid Michigan College hosted AT Concessions Food Truck on the Mt. Pleasant Campus Monday, November 11, Veteran’s Day. Student veterans were provided with a voucher to receive a free meal courtesy of AT Concessions, and all members of the campus community were able to partake in the delicious menu options.

"I think that it is a wonderful thing that AT Concessions is doing for the Mid student veteran population and we appreciate their support," shared Jared Zieris, Mid Student, Veteran, and member of Mid’s Chapter of the Student Veterans of America organization.

"I have a family member that was in the military fighting for our freedom that was injured and it feels good to be able to give back to the veteran population," explained Tracy Rea, Owner of AT Concessions.
“I’m proud of our student-veterans here at Mid, and it is great to see businesses in the area working with us to show our student-veterans some well-deserved appreciation,” shared Chris Stanton, Coordinator of Apprenticeships & Veterans Affairs at Mid Michigan College.

Mid is dedicated to providing outstanding service that supports veterans, service members, and eligible family members in achieving their academic and personal goals. The College provides a Veterans Resource Representative who is available to answer all of questions and help individuals navigate the college and veteran benefit processes, and offers student-veterans exclusive access to a Veterans Resource Center on each campus.
