Conservation and Nature Club

The Conservation and Nature Club invites all students interested in nature, being outdoors and environmental issues to join us for camaraderie and educational outings to such places as the Detroit Zoo and Belle Isle in Detroit and Dow Gardens, Whiting Forest, and the Chippewa Nature Center in Midland. As well, the club has hosted several presentations on topics ranging from Kirtland's Warbler to wind turbines to nature photography. We are also interested in service, cleaning bi-annually a two-mile stretch of M-20 as part of MDOT's Adopt-a-Highway program. At the beginning of each semester, we hold planning meetings for the activities we would like to do. Your ideas are what make this club enjoyable, so come and join us!
