Services across the College are available on campus and you are welcome to connect with team members in person if that is your preference.

If you are able to accomplish your task or resolve your need using remote technologies, like Zoom, even while you are on campus, we encourage you to do so. If you cannot find the resource you are looking for, fill out this form and someone will point you in the right direction.

  • Walk-In Advising - No Appointment Necessary!
    • Get your schedule set for the winter semester during Walk-In Advising hours with the Mid Mentors.
      • Mt. Pleasant Campus 10am-3:30pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays December 6, 8, 9, 10, 13, 15, 16, 17
      • Harrison Campus 10am-3:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays December 7, 9, 14, & 16
  • Online Advising - No Appointment Necessary!
    • Click here to join our Zoom Room and meet with a Mentor. Just pop in for a quick question or stay for a longer conversation - it's up to you! The Zoom Room is open most days. If the link doesn't take you to the room, it may be closed. If so, see below for more ways to contact us or try again later.
  • Schedule an On Campus, Virtual, or Phone Appointment
    • Meet with your Mid Mentor
      • Use the 'Click Here to schedule an appointment' button that appears next to your Mid Mentor to select a meeting time and contact method.
    • Meet with the next available Mid Mentor
    • Student Services is open 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday on the Harrison and Mt. Pleasant Campuses.

  • We're Open Late!
    • In an effort to serve students when it best works for them, Student Services will be open late on select dates in December and January. Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, and Mentoring/Advising will be available until 6:30pm Wednesdays, December 1 through January 19 on both the Harrison and Mt. Pleasant Campuses, and 10am-2pm Saturday, January 8 on the Mt. Pleasant Campus. Students can make an appointment or walk-in for assistance with applying to Mid and registering for courses.

  • Virtual “Walk-In” Assistance You can quickly video/voice conference with one of our friendly staff members 9am-Noon Monday-Thursday . You will first enter the Virtual Waiting Room. When you reach the front of the queue, you will be directed into a private breakout room with the staff member who can best answer your question(s) or meet your need(s).
