Nature Trail

MMCC’s Harrison Campus sits on 560 acres of beautifully wooded land between Harrison and Clare on Old 27. At one time, much of the land was used for logging which left railroad grades and two-track roads through the woods. Those cleared areas, along with trails cleared by hand, are now a three-loop nature trail that winds through the woods near the campus.

The trail is now open to the public and can be accessed on the east side of the M-TEC building across the road or on the north side of the main building behind the Library. The trails are for pedestrian use only; no motorized vehicles or bicycles are permitted. At this time there are no restroom facilities available after normal business hours.
