Students of Promise

Print this page

Students of Promise is a competitive program that considers a number of factors before 25 students are selected each year.  First, teachers and counselors nominate students who fit the program’s criteria.  Then, students and parents fill out applications, which include a number of essay questions for each student nominee to answer.  After careful review of many applications, a selection committee comprised of MMCC and public school personnel determines the 25 students for induction.  At least four students from each of the five district schools are selected each year.

After such an intensive process, it’s no wonder that we end up with such amazing students.
